Due to the international expansion and growth of krunchbox we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join the team as a co-ordinator for our training and customer service needs located in our Sydney office.
We are looking for a candidate to work directly with our existing clients in a training capacity but also to be a leader to develop and manage a framework for exceptional training and service requirements.
You must be a people person with a professional attitude. Your role will be to ensure all our clients are receiving quality customer care and know how to use our tool to improve their businesses.
Strong customer service experience, excellent personal presentation and a high level of verbal and written communication skills is essential because you will be working directly with our clients.
If you understand wholesale – retail supply chain or have exposure to merchandise planning you will be a desirable candidate.
Prior knowledge of krunchbox is beneficial but not necessary. If you know your way around a computer with intermediate excel skills and have strong data literacy this role could be perfect for you.
